A firewall is a set of programs, which is installed normally in a network, which protects the resources of that network from users Hijacking it. its a system which totally controls the access with 2 or more networks. Firewalls can be incorporated both with hardware and software. Firewalls is widely used to stop anonymous access of internet users taking control of private networks, intranet and Pc’s.
Firewall when installed, you are rest assure that it s going to save your pc from unauthorized access and also prevents other users from Hijacking it. Firewalls are of different types and its very difficult to understand or configure. You might have installed firewall on your pc but you didn’t know whether it really works to full potential.
