what is Foreclosure?

Foreclosure by its term generally mean, When you want to take a loan you approach your bank or financial institution, the loan provider i.e.,( bank or financial institutions) will normally ask you to pledge your property equivalent to the amount of loan. When the person who takes up the loan fail to pay the payments, by default the property which has been pledged for the loan will be taken over by the loan provider this legal process is known as foreclosure.
